ICEFOX DEVELOPMENTS was set up by Mark Cooper, a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Mark has worked as a development consultant in the property industry for over 30 years for both large corporate and small 'start up’ clients.

His specialist skills and collaborative approach to planning permission brings a partnership approach to the property development process. This partnership approach has led to a portfolio of successful projects irrespective of their size and the inevitable challenges provided by property development.

More recently he has invested into his own project at Paddock Wood and successfully negotiated planning permission for a mixed use development of 14 apartments and 1500 sq ft of offices.
