4 penthouse apartments on the roof at Park Mansions at the junction of Knightsbridge and Brompton Road. The site was within the Knightsbridge Green Conservation Area so the impact of the proposal on the townscape was crucial and forensically tested. The scheme was granted consent by Westminster Council in June 2016.
384 build to rent apartments in Ford’s ex head offices in Basildon. ICEFOX worked with Basildon Planning Department over a 4 month period to achieve a Prior Notice approval in conjunction with public realm works.
675 apartments in 5 towers above the roof structure of Queensmere shopping centre. Icefox started working with Criterion Capital and Slough Planning Department in October 2014 and the scheme was granted a resolution to consent by negotiation in late 2015.
This distressed site was purchased by Criterion from Administrators. It benefited from a planning consent for 140 apartments but was commercially unviable. Icefox working with Thurrock Planning Authority and Family Mosaic housing association negotiated a new planning consent for a mixed use scheme and 240 apartments.
