Paddock Wood

ICEFOX successfully negotiated a planning approval with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in May 2022 for the redevelopment of a town centre site for 12 apartments and 1500sf of offices. The proposals include living and work spaces for contemporary living and include an external amenity area for the shared use of both residents and office users. Icefox sold the site to Ureco Property Limited in Summer 2022. Construction is planned to commence in Autumn/Winter 2022.
